"My car was totaled in a rear-end accident by a hit and run driver. The insurance company would not pay what was owed on my car. Not knowing what to do, I met with Howard Sussman. Being very interested, attentive and single minded as to my rights as an insured individual, Howard agreed to take my case after hearing the circumstances. My gratitude to Howard and his associates since they were not only courteous and timely, but they worked and continued to work on my case until everything was covered."

I haven't been able to work since my car accident. Who will reimburse me for my lost wages? E-mail

Your own insurer might pay them. You may also be able to recover from the insurer of the car that hit you. They will try to deduct any money you received in vacation or sick time from your employer, or any disability payments you received. You don't need to give up that compensation; either your or the negligent driver's insurance company is probably obligated to pay all of your lost wages. Learn more about personal injury damages.
