Howard Sussman is the founder of Sussman & Associates. The emphasis of Mr. Sussman's practice includes representing victims of car collisions, wrongful death claims, dog bite and liquor liability claims. He has represented over 2,000 people regarding personal injury claims in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Colorado, Texas and Florida. Mr. Sussman is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. He earned his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in 1982. Mr. Sussman started his legal career working for the government as a criminal prosecutor and entered private practice in 1985. Mr. Sussman is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, a group of select attorneys who have won million and multimillion dollar verdicts, award or settlements. Howard Sussman has been awarded with an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell based on opinions provided by attorneys and judges. This AV rating identifies Mr. Sussman as having "very high to preeminent legal ability and as a reflection of his expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence." |
