Serious Car Accident in Scott County
The Minnesota State Patrol reported a two-vehicle collision that took place on Saturday, April 11, 2009, at the intersection of Highway 13 and 220th Street. The accident resulted in personal injuries to occupants of both of the vehicles and resulted in one passenger, Katie Messer, 28, losing her 4 ½ month old fetus.
